hey breanna its daniel for questions 22 and 23 you just need to pick the numbers from the group of numbers that would make the thing true like for number 23 you need to pick the numbers in between 4.18 and 4.25

Daniel, you just write like 0.3 is two greater than 0.5 and that 0.7 is two greater than 0.5

Lauren, use the Commutative, associative, or identity properties for each. For example, problem 32 the 0.3 is missing. Notice the grouping has changed. The associative property changes the grouping… prob 35 the 3.1 is missing. The order of the addends has changed. This shows the use of the commutative property.

PrOblem 30 is the Identity Property because only by adding zero will the equation be made true…

It is the Personal Pronoun worksheet in the homework section for Language Arts tonight. I just checked it and it works. I did not post the page we did in class because it is not for homework.

I just checked the notes and they seem to be working fine. Just give them time to load if you have a slow connection. Do the problems just as they are done in the notes.

For problems 13, 14, 15 just say what operation is to be done first. You don’t have to do the problems.

Hi Mr.P i wasn’t here for school i was sick so i saw the language arts homework you put up do i have to do all of those pages? Also for math for the extra credit i only saw 8 problems on a side.
For LA just write your own sentencs for the 20 words. Math, just fo practice handout 1-10
what about the extra credit there were only 8 problems
Just try to do problems 2-7 if you want to try to earn extra credit.

Just take each of the 20 words. Read the sentences that are given for each word. Then, write your own sentences for each word
You do not have to do the online test. You may use it to enter and check your answers. You should show work in your notebooks for the problems that need work.

You don’t have to have it tomorrow. Try to explain your “opportunities” using doors closing and opening.

Lauren,
use the table beneath problem 17 and fill in 1,2,and 3 for h. For example 5+ 2(1)is 7 and 5+2(2) is 9. This means that for 1 hour the cost is $7 and for 2 hours the cost is $9.
Jes, for problem one just draw 3 rectangles for 3X and 5 small squares for +5
Cassie, simply substitute 8 for x in each problem then perform the order of operations to simplify it. For example problem 11 would be 2(8)-3 which becomes 16-3 which is 13.

Just make the corrections on the paper.

You are estimating the value of the variable
so like if the problem was EX: 4n=12 the variable would be n= about 3 ?

Scott, make factor trees to find the prime factorization. Then use the prime factorization to find the LCM
